Exchanges & Returns


If you are not happy with your item for any reason simply send it back within 14 days and we will issue a refund in the form of an Indulgence Boutique gift card for the amount you paid (less shipping).  Items must have original tags, be un-worn, and in the same condition they were when received to be eligible for a gift card refund. We are also happy to offer a refund or exchange if your merchandise is defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to a gift card and emailed to the email address connected with your original order.

Shipping fees will not be refunded, you will be accountable for all shipping fees incurred. Please see shipping information below.

To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.


If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or if your item is defective we will be happy to exchange it as long as the exchange is done within 14 days of purchase.  We can only offer an exchange if we still carry that item, please contact us at: ASAP to see if we still have the item you need in stock. If so, send your item to: 18343 US Hwy 18, STE 2 Apple Valley California 92307 and we will send you out the size requested within a few days of receiving your item. If we no longer carry the size or color you would like we can offer you a refund in the form of a gift card in the amount you paid (less shipping) or we can exchange for something of equal or lesser value.



After 14 days from the date of your original purchase items will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
